So, my group and I entered our skit into the ACen masquerade this past weekend. Due to the fire alarm going off during the show, none of the skits got to perform. However, we did do craftsmanship judging as well, and I won one of the two sewing machine’s from Arda. You can see me around 7:15 wearing my Saber cosplay. My group and I also won best screen accuracy in the hallway competition with our Kyoshi Warrior costumes. We’re mentioned at about 1:35 for that.
Overall, it was an interesting weekend. I’m still a bit bummed about our skit, but I had fun the rest of the weekend. We might consider trying our skit again next year if it works out.
Also, this sewing machine is simply gorgeous, and I know I’m going to enjoy using it a lot. I can’t thank Arda enough for it!
